Why hasn't my bank transfer come through yet?

Once your IBAN is entered in the 'Earnings' tab, payment via bank transfer typically takes 15 working days after the shift, or up to 30 days for larger accounts (such as hotel groups, catering, and institutional catering). Mangopay validates your identity and self-employed certificate within 24 to 48 hours to complete the process.
