Why has my ID been refused ?

Your documents must be imported from the ""Remuneration"" tab on our site or our application.

Here are the accepted documents:

In FRANCE: Passport, driving licence or national identity card
In BELGIUM: Passport, driving licence or national identity card
In ENGLAND: Passport or driving licence

Conditions for your ID to be accepted

Download the front and back of your document in high resolution
All information is clearly legible
There are no reflections on your document
Your document is well framed, it takes up the entire surface of the image

Conditions under which your identity document will be refused

It is not that of the person linked to the Onestaff profile
It is no longer valid
Is blurry or pixelated
Cut or trimmed
Hidden by an object
