How do I download my mandatory documents? (ID, UTR, IBAN ...)

You can download your mandatory documents from the site or the mobile application in the "Earnings" tab:

  • Drivers licence or passport
  • Certificate of less than 3 months of your self-employed status (UTR)
  • Your bank details (IBAN)

If you encounter a problem with the mobile application, be sure to download the latest version.
