It is important to verify that you have a good internet connection. Then, if the problem persists, do not hesitate to tell us about your problem so that it can be corrected as soon as possible:
- If you are on a computer, what version of the browser are you using? (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari ...)
- If you are on a mobile application, which version are you using? You will find it in the menu.
