Can I cancel a shift?

If you have not yet confirmed a shift you can cancel it at any point in time from your account by clicking on the “shift” tab and by clicking on the green button of said shift.

Once confirmed, shifts cannot be canceled. The worker may have declined other shifts to be available for you, so cancellations aren't possible.

In the future, confirm shifts closer to the time and only if certain.
